BSNLEU CHQ is extremely saddened to inform that, com.Desraj Sharma, veteran leader of the postal trade union movement, and a great friend of BSNLEU, passed away at New Delhi on 24.09.2016, due to cardiac arrest. Com.Desraj was the former General Secretary of P IV Union, as well as the Dy. Secretary General of NFPE. After the death of com.Adhinarayana, a doyen of the P&T trade union movement, com. Desraj shouldered the responsibility of leading the Postmen Union(P IV), and did the job exceedingly well. BSNLEU pays it's respectful homage to the departed leader and conveys it's heartfelt condolences to all his family members, comrades and friends.
