Sub :  Denial of Bank loans to officials – Pray immediate intervention - Reg.
Kindly recall the informal discussion that we had with you over the subject matter mentioned here-in-above.  It is pertinent to point out that multivarious loans such as Personal loans, HBA, Scooter advance, Computer advance etc., etc., were sanctioned to the officials by our department earlier.  Now they had been stopped forthwith and the officials are directed to obtain the same from Banks that had been authorized for that purpose thro’ MOU by the Corporate office.  Till date there had been no hitch over that and there was a smooth flow over this issue.
But we came to understand that all of a sudden, the officials are denied the facilities to avail bank loans despite the availability of the requisite take home pay after deductions of EMI Calculations resulting in lot of sufferings to the officials.
Hence we request you to kindly intervene and cause instructions for the approval of loans submitted by the officials from different banks with which MOU is in operation, subject to the condition that minimum take home pay as per statutory rules is available.
In fine, we hope that you would definitely intervene and cause instructions for the necessary approval of loans from different banks as requested by the officials and help them at times of their crisis. We would ever remain indebted to you for your act of kindness.

Comrade.District secretary,
The landline subscriber booked their fault complaints through 1500.everyday the booked complaints are ordered to the TMs,and set righted fault telephone numbers are closed in the computers. this isa routine one. but now a days whether the faults set righted are not the complaints are forcefully closed by the officer.the closed complaint message automatically send to the subscribers mobile.due to this the annoyed subscribers daily came and argue with the out door staffs. this leads to surrender of landlines phones.this was done by the officer to make(focus) low-fault rate at palani.please tereat the mater urgent and save the BSNL LL Subscribers at palani.
