Old wine in new bottle.
One of the opposition members in the Lok Sabha,
while participating in the debate on the President's address, remarked that the
policy of the BJP government is nothing but "old wine in new
bottle". Despite it's tall claims to serve the poor people, the steps
being taken by the Narendra Modi government indicate, that it is going to
follow the same old Neo-Liberal policies, that were followed by the
Congress led UPA government. For example, media reports say that the new
government is moving in the direction of deregulating the price of diesel. This
means nothing but withdrawal of the subsidy on diesel. As reported by the
Economic Times dated 12.06.2014, the Oil Ministry is moving a note to the
Cabinet, for withdrawal of subsidy on diesel, by deregulating it's price. This
move will help the Modi government to save Rs. 1, 40, 000 crore. But at
the same time, this move will hit the poor hard, as it will shoot up an alround
price rise.
புதிய பாட்டில் பழைய ஒயின்.
மக்களவை எதிர்க்கட்சி உறுப்பினர் ஒருவர் , ஜனாதிபதி முகவரி விவாதத்தில் பங்கேற்கும் போது, பிஜேபி அரசாங்கத்தின் கொள்கை "புதிய பாட்டில் பழைய ஒயின்" என்பதை தவிர வேறில்லை என்று குறிப்பிட்டார். அது ஏழை மக்களுக்கு எந்த வகையுலும் சேவை செய்ய போவதில்லை , நரேந்திர மோடி அரசாங்கத்தால் எடுக்கப்படுகின்ற நடவடிக்கைகள், ஏற்கனவே, காங்கிரஸ் கடைபிடித்ததை தொடர்ந்து அதே பழைய புதிய தாராளவாத கொள்கைகளுக்கு, BJP தலைமையிலான ஐக்கிய முற்போக்கு கூட்டணி அரசு பின்பற்ற போகிறது என்பதை குறிக்கின்றது . உதாரணமாக, ஊடக அறிக்கைகள் புதிய அரசாங்கம் டீசல் விலை கட்டுப்பாடுகளை தளர்த்திடும் திசையில் நகருகிறது என்பதாகும். இந்த டீசல் மானியம் திரும்ப பெறப்படுகிறது என்பது, 12.06.2014 தேதியிட்ட எகனாமிக் டைம்ஸ்அறிக்கை என்பது , எண்ணெய் அமைச்சகம் , டீசல் மீதான மானியத்தை திரும்ப பெறுவது , அமைச்சரவையின் . இந்த நடவடிக்கை மோடி அரசு ரூ 1, 40, 000 கோடி காப்பாற்ற உதவும்.. ஆனால் அதே நேரத்தில், இந்த நடவடிக்கை, கடினமான முறையில் ஏழைகளின் வயிற்றில்அடிக்கும் நடவடிக்கை யாகும், அது அனைத்து பொருட்களின் விலை உயர்வுக்கான வரை படம் எனபத்தாகும் .
