NOTICE

It is hereby notified that as per provisions of Art. 15(v) & 21 of the Union Constitution, the 7^th Madurai SSA District Conference of BSNL Employees Union will be held at Dindigul between 8^th and 9^th November 2013. The venue of the conference is        “N S Community Hall, Dindigul”. Com. P. Ganesan, Dist. Vice President will preside over the conference.

• Presentation, consideration and adoption of Biennial Report.
• Presentation, consideration & adoption of Accounts for the period of Sep.'11 to Sep.'13.
• Organisational Matters.
• 6^th Membership verification – Review.
• Strike Review.
• District union website – Views & Suggestions.
• Election of Office-bearers.
• Election of AIC Delegates.
• Resolutions.
• Any other items with the permission of the chair.

Meeting of the Dist. EC at Dindigul :

                It is hereby notified that in accordance with the provisions contained in Art. 15(vi) of union constitution, a meeting of the District EC of BSNL Employees Union, Madurai district will be held at 1600 Hrs. on 8.11.2013 (Friday) at “N S Community Hall, Dindigul”.  Com. P. Ganesan Dist. Vice President will preside over the meeting.  All Dist. EC Members are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
